Theme Event

The Bridge Group played an integral role in producing 12 events at the 2000 Republican National Convention. The Bridge Group managed 12 events in 7 days at the Convention, including the hospitality suite for Speaker of the House, Dennis Hastert; a Mardi Gras Parade and Party for Senator Tauzin of Louisiana; and an Irish themed lunch for the Speaker of the House. In addition, The Bridge Group faced an additional challenge of producing these events in "unconventional" space - an unrenovated warehouse and a naval shipyard for example - and relating each event to the individual personalities of each event host. The Bridge Group developed a variety of themes for the space and assembled a crew that worked around the clock to continually set and reset the space for each event.
