Tasked with managing the construction of a 3500 square foot home on a trade show floor, with a mere 10 days to construct the entire home and landscape it, followed by 4 days to disassemble it, presented The Bridge Group with a number of logistical challenges. The Bridge Group coordinated all the vendors and their products, creating complex timelines to ensure smooth completion of the home. Then, working closely with the association and the event contractor, The Bridge Group was able to secure the space and time necessary to build the house on the trade show floor and have it ready for the opening of the event.
